01What is an AR business card?
It's a regular link that, on a phone, shows a 3D version of your card floating over the camera view. You get the recognition value of a physical card with the editability of a webpage.
02Do recipients need to install an app?
No. The AR view runs inside Safari and Chrome on any phone made in the last four years. Send a link, they tap it, the card appears.
03How does Snap & Link work?
Your card has a button that opens the front camera, asks for a selfie, and shows a short form (name, phone, one note). The lead lands in your dashboard instantly and forwards to your email — you don't type anything in.
04Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Already own a domain? Add the Connect-Your-Own-Domain option for ₹199 one-time — point a CNAME at our servers and we set up SSL. Need us to register one for you? ₹1,299/yr covers the domain registration plus DNS, SSL, and yearly renewal. Standard TLDs only; premium domains priced on request.
05What happens if I don't renew the CRM plan?
Your card and the features you bought one-time (Starter, or AR + Video setup) stay live forever — nothing disappears. The CRM lead board and Sync features pause until you renew. We hold your existing leads for 90 days.
06Is there a free trial?
No trial. Starter is ₹499 one-time and gives you a working card; AR + Video adds the hologram + intro film for ₹1,499 one-time setup. CRM (₹599/month or ₹4,999/year) is the only subscription piece, and only if you want a lead board.
07How do I print a QR for an event?
From your dashboard, pick a template (wedding, conference, clinic, retail, cafe) and download a print-ready PNG or PDF.
08What's the refund policy?
Starter and AR + Video (both one-time setups) refund inside 7 days if you haven’t shared the link or printed the QR. CRM yearly cancellations prorate to the remaining months so you only pay for what you used.
